1. For every Case Broker Training Course sold through your personal sales link, you earn $250.00. For every Course sale you make, you will receive a payment of $250.00 either by check (payments are made monthly) or, if you choose to receive a much quicker payment, then through PayPal or another e-transfer method (the electronic transfer fee will be deducted from your payment).

2. For every Case Broker Training Course sold through any of your directly recruited affiliate’s sales link, you earn $100.00. For every Course sale made by an affiliate signed up by you through your personal recruiting link, you will receive a payment of $100 by whichever method you have chosen that is outlined in Paragraph 1 above.

3. For every Case Broker Training Course sold through a sales link of a recruited affiliate that is attributable back to one of your directly recruited affiliates, you earn $50.00. For every Course sale made by an affiliate whose recruitment is directly attributable and verified through any number of recruiting links to one of your affiliates that was signed up by you through your personal recruiting link, you will receive a payment of $50 by whichever method you have chosen that is outlined in Paragraph 1 above.

4. Use your own responsible and publicly accepted methods to introduce the Course or the affiliate opportunity to others. You can use social media (Facebook, email, text…you get the picture) or any other legitimate method you choose to introduce the Course or the affiliate opportunity, but when you are selling the Course to others, you agree to let them know that you are receiving a commission for the sale. You also agree not to tell any prospective Course purchasers anything that is not completely accurate and truthful and, under no circumstances, will you tell a prospective Course purchaser that you or Case Brokers guarantee that they will generate any income by purchasing and studying the Course. In other words, be honest.

5. Once you start earning money, we will need some additional information in order to pay you. It’s pretty obvious that we don’t have enough of your information to get you a check or send money electronically to you when you or one of your affiliates has made a sale, so, on the occasion of that first sale, we will request a minimal amount of information in order to complete the transaction. There is also another higher earnings benchmark that, once you reach it (and you will want to reach it), will require us, at the insistence of the tax folks, to request your social security number. Be assured that none of this information is shared with others (except, of course, with Uncle Sam.)

6. We will conscientiously do our job and you, as an Independent Distributor, will do yours. Both of us also agree that you are not responsible for our actions and, because you, in your capacity as an Independent Distributor, are an independent contractor, we are not responsible for your actions. We are just working together to make you a great success!
